ashamed of herself\u201d because \u201cPortland is burning to the ground.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Trump promptly ordered the California National Guard to Portland.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from the obvious question of how Trump can so blatantly defy a federal judge, there\u2019s a deeper puzzle here.
